Update (not going as well:) 9/2/2026 - I have had my product about 3 years, unfortunately we had early on issues after delivery, and later on requiring an invertor to be replaced early on. That was handle well and made right and my system has sat on standby for about a year no issues. Recently, my backup power failed. No obvious cause, and I almost never need backup power. Medi Products was greatto work with for my emergency back up power for my ambulatory surgery facility. They were able to take my required power information, calculatemy needs, and develop a custom system to manage all my emergency power. More importantly, we had some challenges withmy construction and implementation on site. They were very responsive to get these matters addressed, and sent out a representative to ensure my device was fully functional on site.
