Went in to get an injury looked at for 10 am, 30 minutes after they've been open. No one at reception, place was a ghost town. Waited 20 minutes for someone to come to the desk before i left. The bare minimum for a business is to have someone actually there at reception. And they couldn't even do that. Go to KJK walk in at Dundas and Erindale instead, they were amazing.
Nobody was at the reception. I waited over fifteen minutes in an empty reception room and then called them. Nobody answered but I heard the phone ringing. I decided to go elsewhere.
I came by 2 months ago to register my 2 kids with them, brought kids health cards and filled out papers. I called last week to book appointment and they said my kids are not in their system (very strange), but gave me appointment. On the day of the appointment, my kids and I waited 20 minutes but there were no signs of any receptionists nor doctor and we had to leave. Luckily we live 20 minutes away, but what an unprofessional medical clinic.

What a ridiculous experience! We called multiple times to stress that we needed the Tdap, the booster shot for adults, but they ended up giving us the DTaP instead! That’s the one for kids, which has higher doses of the diphtheria and pertussis components compared to Tdap. Since DTaP has a higher antigen content, it might lead to more pronounced side effects！！！
