This company takes care of their patients. They also are a great resource for the caregivers. I've used them twice already did family members. Would use them again in a heartbeat.
Medi Link has been incredible for both of my parents ongoing care. Medi is attentive, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond for her patients. She is thorough and ensures her patients are being well taken care of. We have requested Medi Link everytime and we know we can rely on Medi and her team.
Great, personal service. Medi personally came to check on my dad and assess his needs. Shes very compassionate and the rest of her staff are compassionate as well.
My mom’s doctor prescribed home health follow up visits after a bad case of infection that made my mom (who is in mid 90’s) extremely weak and disoriented. Medi of Medi Care came to assess and approved 8 sessions physical therapy and follow up visits given her weak condition. Medi, the lead home health nurse and her PT team were very attentive to mom’s condition during each visit, very patient with her condition, and provided caring and efficient service in each visit.
