I’ve had two disappointing experiences at this clinic, both involving relatively inexperienced physicians. While the staff are courteous, I would recommend treating this facility strictly as a walk-in clinic and not as a source for ongoing family medicine. There appears to be an overlap between walk-in and family practice roles, which has led to inconsistent care. Title: Unsupportive Doctor and Rude Staff I do not recommend this practice, especially Dr. Salako. I found him to be unsupportive. The staff, particularly an older woman, was very rude. During my infant daughter's vaccination, the nurse was rough, struggled with the injection, and then left the room without any apology or reassurance. It was a distressing experience and showed a complete lack of care and professionalism. it was during last year.

New receptionist scares me. She's really rude on the phone, raises her voice, gets impatient, uses super short, commanding language (e.g. "come Thursday", "what time do you want").
