Nurses are very kind and caring, social worker is on point but…. They have not been filling prescriptions, we have purchased 95% of our care needs for our mom. No one really seems to know what’s going on and they certainly don’t have a regular schedule. Had to ask multiple time for the DNR, had to ask/remind about prescriptions many times while mom is suffering in pain. The worst experience ever. This company doesn't even rate one star . The only good thing about this company was the PT therapist Jason and he has left the company. They have lied about their services from the beginning. They don't follow up with return calls or visits. I would not recommend using this company.
