This agency was WONDERFUL to my mother!!! I cannot say enough great things about MEDI and the wonderful, compassionate care they provided. Their staff was incredibly attentive, understanding, and accommodating to all of her specialized needs. Highly recommend!!!
Nurses are very kind and caring, social worker is on point but…. They have not been filling prescriptions, we have purchased 95% of our care needs for our mom. No one really seems to know what’s going on and they certainly don’t have a regular schedule. Had to ask multiple time for the DNR, had to ask/remind about prescriptions many times while mom is suffering in pain. Often nurse would arrive with out the right tools or not enough experience to do the job. Such a disappointing experience as we help our mom with the transit... read more
