Hospice Care division called protective services when I indicated I would rather transition my father to home health instead of working with me directly. Not a good way to do business.
Medi Home Care has the worst service I have ever received. Got my CPAP in December and had to constantly call for supplies and finally received my first order of Monthly supplies in March. Ordered a tube sent me wrong one still waiting for RA. plus it's now August and have not received monthly supplies since the March Order. Called and called, even local, us they still call telling me it's time for supplies. DO NO USE. Horrible customer service.

It is sad that one nurse had an issue with my dog so the hole company dropped us when no other nurse had an issue
I would like to give a special thank you to all of the nurses and care givers who have helped my stepfather and my family through this difficult time in our lives. They went above and beyond all expectations we may have had and made this experience a little easier to handle. I am grateful for all of you from the bottom of my heart.
