My father entered hospice care in February while in a senior living facility. All of our interactions with Medi have been positive as they've been great in communicating and have been responsive to needs. Perhaps we might have had a different experience if he were at home. But we're grateful for Medi during this incredibly difficult and stressful time.

I had a hip replacement and was fortunate to have Medi Home Health and Hospice provide a PT to come out and help post-operatively. It’s been two weeks and I’m walking without assistance, thanks to Angelo! He is such an asset to your company.

Someone from this service calls me at 4 am leaving a message saying someone passed When I call back they refuse to tell me who What kinda of incompetent people work for them

I would not recommend this agency for my loved one. Ever since we've been using this company we've had nothing but bad experiences. The nurses don't follow the doctor's orders, they don't come to the house when they say they're going to come. The communication is awful with the nurses the scheduler and apparently the administration. I'll talk to the ministration several times with the concerns that I have and nothing has changed or nothing has gotten done with the complaint.
