Staff in the Greenwood SC office are rude... phone/fax never work. Medexpress incompetent. 3 weeks and no mask yet!
Incredible service and information. Gloria answered all my CPAP questions and even some I didn't know I should ask. Very customer focused.
Well, my Eson 2 face mask broke unexpectedly around 5 this morning. There is nothing I can do except wait for medexpress to call me back and go thru whatever they have to do to get me a mask. What do I do tonight? Sit up and watch TV all night and try to work tomorrow. Medihome has a few supplies but none they can sell. Hope they sleep good tonight.
