My experiences with medical equipment companies are uniformly terrible. This company is no exception.
Do not ever and I mean ever deal with this company. They tell you your insurance covers all equipment and then a year later you get bills in the mail that states you are only renting the equipment. When you call to discuss this matter, they hang up on you. Call back and then they claim to have phone problems. I clearly heard heard the woman on the other end say good bye when I was questioning her about a problem. I called for my cousin who is legally blind and unable to drive.
