Rude and dismissive staff
I just wanted to share our terrible experience at Medifair in Monticello yesterday.We have been trying to get my mom a mobility scooter for several months.We had the Medical Forms faxed over multiple times, only to be told thatthey were not received, not received in time, or not filled out properly by my mom’s doctor. We spoke with Medifair on the phone on several occasions, and they told us what to do. I have been in Medifair in Monticello NY several times in the past and the Employees there are Rude and Condescending every time. I am searching now for another place to fill my needs
I have been going to medi-fair for years because of their monopoly on medical equipment in this region and have hated it from day one. I find them unfriendly and unhelpful. Since my mom has now passed, I am very thankful I will no longer have to deal with this business.
