We arrived at 7:11 PM with our son, who was showing symptoms of pneumonia. Despite their posted hours of 8 AM to 8 PM, we were turned away because they don’t accept new patients after 7 PM—even though they advertise being open until 8 PM. I asked why this policy isn’t clearly communicated (it’s not mentioned on their website), but didn’t receive an answer. It would be helpful for others if their posted hours made it clear when walk-ins are actually accepted.
Had the best experience in a long time at a clinic. Great staff at every touch point, I will be back!
Med Hero is truly a hero. I had a very uncomfortable ear allergy. I went in and got prescribed a topical and ear drops and within a week I’m feeling all better now. Thank you Med Hero!
Been here multiple times. Staff is at best mediocre. Wait times are long, even with advanced appointments. There are many urgent care options close by; I'd skip this one. If zero stars was an option, that would be my review.
If you’re in need of urgent care and close enough to get here, COME! Service and care was second to none. Cassidy, PA, was kind, caring and extremely efficient. Will recommend for anyone, any time.
