Wait what - now patients have to pay $50 on top of copays and insurance fees just for the luxury of scheduling an appointment with medhero? What a money grabbing load of bull.

This place used to be so great. We would always get called back in a timely manner it was wonderful. I’m extremely sick and contagious-husband called & asked if he was able to put me on the list and the older woman at the front told him no problem, took all of my PERSONAL info and said it would be an hour. We show up and she laughs at me when I tell her my husband was told I’d be able to be seen an hour from when we called and that I’d have to wait another hour. Had we known this, we would had been down here earlier. What an... read more
