This location has been providing outstanding expertise and care every time we have immediate medical needs for many, many years now. Thank you, Dr. Moreno, for leading a 5-star urgent care! This Dad is very grateful you chose SC to shine in your talents for helping others and running a top-notch business. Aug 13 update - 5-Star experience. I love this place. It is convenient. Least wait time possible given number of patients potentially waiting, and the staff is always super nice and helpful

Vikki was rude, dismissive, and condescending during a simple phone call. Vikki’s attitude made me feel like I was an inconvenience instead of a patient needing help. Vikki is the reason I would not recommend this clinic to anyone who expects compassion or professionalism. I had called before driving over because I live by the beach and wanted to save myself the trip if possible. I even told her I had no problem coming into the office if that was necessary. Fast service and no wait when we arrived. One thing worth knowing: I booked online for my daughter and didn't realize that scheduling adds a $50 convenience fee that walk-in patients don't pay. It wasn't very clear during booking or at check-in, so we ended up paying $50 extra for an appointment we didn't really need on a morning with no line. I'd expect a clinic to make a charge like that obvious before you book. The care was fine — I just wish it had been spelled out. If you're going, walking in may save you the $50.

This is the only urgent care that will take a veteran. None of the others, that I contacted, will. A big salute to them for accepting us. Having been there three times over the past several years, I would go nowhere else.
