Which felt like it would be a good experience turned out to be terrible. I called at 6pm, asked about walk ins and if they’re able to do IVs. I came in within 10minutes hoping for an IV after not being able to keep fluids for 24hours. At the reception I chat with the front desk ladies and said it again I was hopeful for an IV. She even told me it would take a bit but not too long. They called me to be seen at around 7:20pm and they decided to do a covid and flu tests - even though my symptoms were vomiting and diarrhea only.... read more

I was surprised and confused upon receiving a bill for $50 when I had paid the $50 copay at my visit. Apparently, they charge $50 to simply make an appointment - ridiculous! I absolutely will not use them again. What a gauge and poor reflection of the type of "medical practice" they are running.

The fact they have 5 stars is a serious joke and not correct. There are as many complaints…. Look at past remarks.There are no MD’’s present and apparently called only for emergencies. If you’re comfortable being seen only by a young PA’s than good luck. I’ve been there 3 times only seen by PA’s who apparently run the place. Never ever will go back…. Meanwhile company has expanded upstairs investing in youth products and procedures. It’s where the money is…..
