This place has gone down hill. They used to be pretty good. PA came in and took my vitals. He didn’t even know how to spell prebiotics or probiotics or even seem to know what they were. He was rude and had no bedside manner. He jammed the swabs in the back of my throat. I have never had that done with such aggression. He had zero empathy and should not be in a caregiver profession. Go someplace else. They’ve created a new system for checking in. I don’t know how you could make checking in more difficult. I spent time, filled out all the information to create an online portal after doing so I waited 3 1/2 hours and decided to go somewhere else.they claim they have no way of letting you know how long it will take, I think it’s bullshit.
2nd time I’ve been here with appointment. First time I waited an hour. Now I’m sitting here again in pain for 47 minutes and there’s still someone in front of me. Why take appointments?????
Love this place
I sliced deep into two of my fingers, and the nurses took great care of me. They stiched me up quickly, and I was on my way. They were all very caring, knowledgeable, and professional. Thank you all.
