Nice office and doctors but $70 just to make and appointment and doesn’t go towards your copay is crazy. I will not be returning. Anyone else this is a heads up do not make appointment online. Just walk in. Or better yet just go somewhere else.
Just know I can walk in and get taken care of .akes all the difference.
The staff at MedHero San Clemente saved my husbands life on April 5th 2025! I brought him in with flu-like body aches and a cold sweat, but no fever. He was also complaining of tightness in his chest, but EKG, blood pressure, and heart rate were all normal. Determined to get to the bottom of what was going on, they ran a troponin test on site and lined up some other tests. The troponin came back positive, indicating a heart attack!! They keep sending me bill after bill when I already paid?? I have receipts and my bank statement proving so, but they won't fix it!! NEVER coming back!
We went here after my daughter fell rollerblading. We were concerned because her wrist was obviously broken. The staff was amazing and got us back right away. The nurse Savanah and Xray tech Leanne were so sweet! We got X-rays and they even had laughing gas as an option for her procedure to set her wrist back into place! Dr. Moreno was so calm and informative and put my daughter at ease with everything. I feel so grateful that they were there to take care of us in this stressful situation.
