Early on, I would have given a 5-star review, but the experience has changed. Now, it feels like a money grab at every turn. If you have multiple prescriptions, this is not the doctor for you. They never put refills on the prescriptions, and they force you to have a meaningless visit to get you prescription refill sent in, even if you were just seen the week before. I experienced two separate instances of religious insensitivity during visits with this provider, including unsolicited prayer and inappropriate comments about my faith while I was visibly in hijab. When I raised my concerns, the response was dismissive and lacked accountability. I would not recommend this provider to patients seeking culturally or spiritually sensitive care.
