They did an excellent job of making me feel comfortable as a new patient. I was very nervous due to past experiences with PCP’s but the whole staff was incredibly kind and reassuring. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated with exceptional service from Bilma. Nurse Mary and Dr.Oluwakemi were just as attentive and thorough in their procedures. 10/10.
What an amazing experience! From start to finish the staff was extraordinary. They were able to get my grandma checked in and establish a pcp within no time. I was only coming to set up a PCP for my grandma but with the care that I saw today I will have to be back to set up my own PCP. Thank you for the great care and time Dr. Kemi Balogun gave, even her student was pleasant. Keep being amazing.
I love that MedHaven is open on Saturdays for appointments! It limits the stress of trying to rush after work or take off to go before work. Dr. Balogun and Dr. Okowa are both very thorough with exams and actually listen to their patients. Both doctors are kind, personable and friendly. They do tend to run 10-30 minutes behind scheduled appointment times. The office is small and not that many staff so it’s understandable. The desk assistants are kind and do their best to accommodate while waiting.
Excellent service all around! Dr. Oluwakemi Balogun throughly answered all my questions and made the entire process as comfortable and quick yet precise as possible. Clean office, welcoming and friendly staff, overall great experience!
Front Desk Mrs. Velma is so awesome & cheerful, treated with respect & love, nurses are a team, for Dr. Rose whom I met for the 1st time. GREAT doctors visit at MEDHAVEN HEALTH, Always a Pleasure.😁⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
