Showed up at 945am this morning for a 10am appointment with Dr Marco. He saw every patient in the office (walk ins) but never saw me. I waited an hour. I was forced to leave to take my pregnant wife to see her midwife (also a scheduled appointment) and now Dr Marco is blocking my insulin refill at the pharmacy. I have type 1 diabetes, I have had it for 24 years since I was a child. Do not come to this place! I had an abscess and desperately needed to have it surgically drained. My doctor, Dr. Robinette said she would contact my insurance company -- Cigna, because without their consent, l would have no insurance coverage. She said she would do it right away. Eight days later, she hadn't done it and when the nurse was called by Virginia Surgery Associates and asked why the clinic hadn't done it, said she was doing it at this juncture. place is a money making racket scheme....they charged an astronomical amount for a visit $374...more than I would pay to see a dr. they charged me for an xray at the time of my visit and when I requested it 3 wks. later, they said you have to ask for it on the same day of your visit or else you pay $10....but they don't tell you that when you're there...because that's an extra $10 they get from everyone who request s their xrays after their visit.
