The staff are super nice and helpful. They took time to explain what was wrong with my car and then only charged me for the part. I would definitely recommend them!
The service department is great. Everyone is very professional and helpful. Enjoy coming in to see them..
Sent car in for programing well they decided to diagnose codes an charged 175 dollars per code which I told them the codes prior, didn't ask them to do it, then told me the tensioners need replace at 800 each. But went online and got them from another volkswagen dealer not lithia by vin 423 dollars, just way over charge and will charge you for each code that comes up individually even is related to something, becareful because you can easily be billed for things you dont need, and things you can get for less at local parts h... read more
Greatest car buying experience I've ever had. Carl in particular made our experience memorable and optimistic during what could be considered a high stress atmosphere. Buying a car should be fun and special, the entire team from Management, Finance, and even an enthusiastic Dungeon Crawler Carl fan went above and beyond to help my family achieve the car we needed. Thank you Medford VW team.
It was easy to work with these guys. Only complaints I have are small as none of my codes were reset. Also, my mileage sticker wasn’t replaced. You’d think a service job for 700 something would include running through codes. However, Justin was standup.
