Called three times talked to receptionist left 2 messages with intake nurse, had Royal gardens social services call, they sent 2 referral requests starting wed 2/26 and Friday 2/28, not one phone call back today is Monday 3/3/25, wife ended up back in emergency room and admitted back in hospital, still no phone call, maybe if Jenna i believe is her name had her their job and sent the rehab and nursing staff to our house on time she could have avoided going back in the hospital, very poor service and lack of professionalism, ... read more
Signature Hospice Care was an important part of my Mother's Care for at least the last 6 months of her life. They visited with her on a weekly basis and noted her health as she declined in years. They were able to provide me with weekly updates ranging between medication to body care. As my mom became less active they were able to make sure her body didn't deteriorate to the point where she suffered bed sores. Our experience with Signature was very short, but in that time we were impressed by the kindness expressed by everyone. They also followed through with the things they promised. The aftercare portion was a surprise to me and an incredible help during tough times. I would recommend them.
My mom had hospice help through signature for quite some time. Every nurse she had was very good and kept good communication with me. I live 5 hrs from her and it a great comfort to know hospice was caring for her. She just passed away & it was hospice who helped me the most, NOT the facility she lived in. I would highly recommend hospice in general but Signature is on top of caring not just for the patients but the family
Wonderful caring people. We couldn't have asked for more compassionate or knowledgeable nurses.
