As the other reviews have stated, I received a letter from a debt collector (Resolution Resource) that claims they are NOT a collection company and that my account is NOT in default. However, after researching, it appears this is not true. They ARE a collection agency and this is how Medford Radiology Group appears to do business. They send their bill directly to this third party debt collector instead of to the patient. I never received a bill from MRG. VERY shady way of doing business. I don't like it at all. There is a rude, non-english speaking person that can't give us a correct answer regarding a bill we have not received, but yet we received an email saying we owed money. We do not wish to have our x-rays or ct scans diagnosed by the Medford Radiology Group ever again, but can't seem to get through to ASANTE accounting to see what are options are for a different Radiology diagnostic group to use.
Sent my bill to collections without sending a bill to me first.
Medford Radiology’s billing system is awful! I had an MRI in March of 2025. Never received a bill and had double coverage insurance. Here it is Dec 2025, and I’m receiving calls and letters from a collection agency!! I’m trying to buy a house, I would not mess up my credit for anything. Medford Radiology claims they sent me a statement in Mar and in Aug, I never received.
