Wasted 5 plus years trying to get help for my migraines I’ve had 2 strokes n still this doctor won’t listen or help
If I could give zero stars for Dr Carlini I would, uncaring and doesnt follow through with care and if you disagree they will no longer help you.They also lied on documents.
I hate hate hate this practice. Overworked, understaffed, inefficient, under-caring, left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing, and they have most voluminous red tape of any doctor's office I've ever been to. The biggest problem is that the telephone operator is the gatekeeper for all services. You cannot speak with your doctor, or their medical assistant -- you can't even leave a message for the medical assistant. If I could leave 0 stars, I'd be more satisfied. The Director of their clinic, Dr. Carlini is an awful listener, won't answer pointed, educated questions, and has a Serious ego problem. If you have MS and don't take DMT do not go here. I have had two appointment a year apart and instead of explaining my report, he tried repeatedly to scare me into drugs that I've already declined, berating me for not doing them.
