My friend was in this facility. She was treated so poorly. I witnessed an aide smack my friends diaper on the wall. Saying she needed to change her now. My friend was winded do to 40 pounds of water in her. Braemer was not doing anything to help her with health deteriating. They pushed her out by allowing the water to get bad. She passed out . At hospital they took 40 pounds of water out. She is in a different place now.
My mom has been a resident of Braemar Assisted Living in Medford since 2012 The administrators and staff could not be nicer, especially Tracey Moody the director of the facility. They are very accommodating and kind to their residents and families. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is very attentive to the needs of the residents at that facility I would highly recommend Braemar Assisted Living at Medford to anyone who is looking to place a loved one in such a facility for that type of care
My sister just visited our Dad at Braemar and informed us that under his bed and recliner chair she found: food crumbs, dust bunnies, coins, tissue, tic tacs, and a medication pill. His dentures were also filthy. A pair of soiled pants were also found. Really? Seriously? This is elder CARE?? We pay a lot of money for him to be there and we expect a clean environment and for his needs to be taken care of appropriately.
