There is clearly a serious issue with how this service department operates. I scheduled my Ford for warranty service due to an ongoing issue with the vehicle. After having the vehicle in their care, they were able to replicate the problem but informed me that I would need to return another day because the shop foreman was not available to approve the repair. JT is the man! He walked me through building my F350, kept me updated, and made it painless. Day truck arrived at Medford Ford, he sent me great pics and it’s one sexy truck! Easy to schedule pick up and never once felt like your typical dealer experience. I have already recommended JT along with Medford Ford. Can’t go wrong with this guy or dealership.
