This is an absolutely great car dealership!!!! The manager, sales people, service department, parts department, technicians are some of the greatest people you will ever meet. I bought a my first truck, a 2000 Ranger, from Medford Ford years ago and came back to buy my new 2026 Ford Ranger this year…and I’m so glad I did. Only dealership that had a truck I wanted. If you are going to buy a Ford, stop by this dealership first…you won’t be disappointed.
I needed to purchase a vehicle for my teenage daughter, and had a million questions, LOL. JT at Medford Ford made this whole transaction SUPER easy, SUPER quick and they handled EVERYTHING, even gave us a ride home lol. They went above and beyond and I am super grateful. They are THE BEST and I'm so grateful for their kindness, knowledge and speed. THANK YOU!!!
Inquired in the morning per email and purchased the car that afternoon. Both JT and Jordan could not be more helpful and efficient/ made the process go so fast! would definitely recommend.

JT is the man! He walked me through building my F350, kept me updated, and made it painless. Day truck arrived at Medford Ford, he sent me great pics and it’s one sexy truck! Easy to schedule pick up and never once felt like your typical dealer experience. I have already recommended JT along with Medford Ford. Can’t go wrong with this guy or dealership.
