Not enough visitor parking spaces. We’re forced to park on the street at night which isn’t allowed and receive tow warnings. They know parking is an issue but won’t do anything about it. Rent is way overpriced. I would avoid this place at all costs if given the choice.
Great place to live Neighbors are wonderful. I love my manufactured home. Good retirement and family park. Nice and peaceful.
Overkill speed bumps, parking tickets for parking on the side of the street after 10 pm (with limited guest spaces), rent is high for the little bit of dirt you get.
Wonderful neighborhood and staff. Yes a little pricey for but you get so much. Like one resident told us when we looked at their mobile - "this place is like a resort" Well it is proving to be a wonderful place to call home - you get what you pay for. Clean environment, helpful staff, nightly security and so much more (amenities are exceptional).
