Jeff Medford really came through for us. We were being taken advantage of by another corporate heating and air company and our neighbor recommended Medford Environmental Solution. We are so glad that we called Jeff! He was able to replace our unit for half of what the other company was trying to con us into. Thank you Jeff!

Sold the wrong HVAC unit for my home. I am a disabled woman and feel that I was taken advantage of. Attempted to contact Jeff repeatedly about my unit and was given the runaround and not offered any assistance or solution for my issues with the unit. Was told that he would come out on several occasions to service my unit and did not come nor return my calls.
