I have never before worked with a company that was so unprofessional. Last year when these claims were first billed, I contacted Medford Chemists and supplied them with both my mother’s medicaid number and private medication insurance. I continued to receive bills, and I continued to contact the company. I have found numerous times that no one ever answers the phone. You guys suck! I'm just took the last dose of Xanax 15 minutes ago. I'm supposed to get another dose. between 5-6 in the morning .
