Worst car wash experience ever! I have never had such rushed, slipshod service in my life.
Horrible service and rude
Brought my car in today. This is how it came out. No where near clean. The entire car was like this. It was terrible. Waste of money
Just terrible!!! We got our brand new Jeep Wrangler detailed today, they charged us 162$, didn’t clean the trunk well, and they made a few scratches on our brand new car, but they refuse to take blame for it. Moreover, they give an attitude that we are lucky they were cleaning it in this cold weather.
Should have listened to the previous reviews. Been there five times, today being the last. Each time the car looks like it wasn't even cleaned in or out. My kid does a better job. Today my husband paid for the VIP. Pollen still on the inside of the door jams, my kids feet prints still on the door which means they didn't even bring a rag to it, dust still on the dash and he didn't even get the tires armor all. I'm livid. I was going to go back and have them do it but it's not worth my time. I'll just go elsewhere from now on.
I was talked into and paid for a wash and wax, $50 So I watched the guy not wax my car, drive it out front and proceeded to lie in my face that he did it. 3 times he lied to my face. Place is a joke
Would never go there again. Rude men and horrible service
If I could give 0 stars I would. VIP Premium. Didn't amoral the inside, didn't vacuum the 3rd row. And somehow the rear end was still dirty besides the window.
