I went in to get the airbags replaced due to a recall they replaced them quickly and then they made sure my tire pressure was correct they filled my washer fluid wich was empty,checked my oil and radiator fluid, measured my brake pads and when I got my car back it looked like they washed the dust off. This all for a non paying customer. I was amazed. All handled by a courteous and pleasant staff all around. Thank you Medford BMW for making an experience that I was dreading into a good one.
