Beautiful place with friendly , courteous and very knowledgeable staff.
Although I really missed the advisor who used to help me I found the new one efficient and got my car back to me within the timeframe. But, one thing that has improved dramatically since last visit, was the cleaning of my car…inside and out. Top notch. Really makes one feel good about BMW and wanting to continue doing business with them.
We couldn’t ask for any better service both on the customer and vehicle side.
Above and Beyond Service Every Time! I can’t say enough good things about the BMW service team! From the moment I arrived, everyone was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. They take the time to explain everything clearly and never make me feel rushed or pressured.
They did a very good job of taking care of the recall ! And I appreciate them washing my car !
