Stephanie on lab was great I didn’t feel anything, she has a great hands thank you so much and for the snack too
Physician did not fill out sports physical correctly: no signature, no license number, no credentials, no stamp. No option in phone tree to speak to an operator. Option to speak to nurse said 1 minute wait; at 10 minutes on hold the dejected 11-year-old gave up, said he didn't even want to play Flag Football anymore, and went to the front office to call for a pick up. How disappointing that his family did everything right but the medical professional fumbled.
