Wanna start by saying I have been coming to this exact location for about 10-12 years now for my primary care provider needs. First with a doctor who ended up moving and then with Dr. Rodriguez for about 8 of the years. Reading some of these reviews is shocking and makes me question how their experience could be so different. I’ve never had any issues during my time coming here. Things are starting to look up at this clinic. The new office manager has been great with resolving issues. She is very approachable. The new nurse practitioner Lopez is great! My daughter has gotten in to see her and she is very knowledgeable and very attentive. She listens and advises appropriately. The front office could be here but overall a good visit

Normally I don’t do reviews but this office makes me feel seen as a person but moreover as a patient. Ezzet office (manager) I think of a sort put my mind at ease with her knowledge and expertise. My concerns were Address adequately efficiently. Top tier service providers are highly recommended
When Dr. Joseph Lopez was a Dr. Here all was well. Now that he is no longer here and they have PA Lopez, she is terrible, horrible personality, bedside manner and no respect. The only thing holding this office together is just a few of the staff. Raquel and Brittany to start. They are 2 of the ones they need a raise for having to deal with patients and keeping things together and calm.
