Very efficient medical office, Dr. brock is very easy to talk to, and actually listens. His office staff always takes care of me needs very quickly
Great customer service and great doctor. The wait time was not long and Dr. Brock was kind. I left having no questions and with an understanding of my diagnosis.
This office over charged me by more than $460 for (2) office visits (November 13 & 20). Following each visit, I was requested to provide full payment, which I provided. It was only after I received my explanation of benefits from my insurance company that I realized that I was over charged. This should never have occurred. While I am a new patient, I did provide my insurance information a day prior to my first office visit.
