Booked online as someone who used to go to this business when it was at its previous location, had the appointment set for 2 days from today, but was called and told they cancelled my appointment because it shows I’m new to that specific doctor and would have to schedule a “new patient appointment,” but that won’t be until DECEMBER, a whole 5 months from now! Absolutely insane. Apparently the only other doctor is on maternity leave and won’t be available until October.
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at this office. It’s honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any medical provider. The staff is rude, disorganized, and completely unhelpful. They don’t return calls, ignore messages, and make you feel like your concerns don’t matter at all. I felt like just another number, not a patient. If you care about being treated with basic respect and professionalism, look elsewhere.
Office staff is impossible to communicate with. Not only is talking to a person impossible, they also ignore your questions on the only way they give you to communicate...their "Portal". The shame of this all is Dr. Kumar is an outstanding doctor, but everything else necessary for a pleasant office visit has failed him miserably. I despise dealing with this office now!
I have been with this clinic for a long time and they have never really been great in general. I have stayed for as long as I have because of the care received by PA Houston. However, their processes, customer service, and management have only gotten worse over time which is made to be incredibly more difficult to manage when you cant even call the clinic directly anymore.
