Your not going to believe this..but I was referred by 2 people to use the clinic in Lytle , Tx. They said the PA and staff there were the best of the best....I ran into the actual PA that works there at lunch one day last week...spoke to him and he recommended I schedule an appointment that he would love to see my mother and help get here back on tract with her diabetes and health.....so I did what he said and scheduled an appointment...and the Corporate office answeres the phones for the Baptist clinics...including the one ... read more
I don't like the fact that you have to make an appointment if your child is sick and have to wait over 2 weeks. Also, I don't like the fact that your child has to be sick, not well, to make an appointment for a simple check-up. What can I say for a small town doctors office. The city of Lytle needs a walk in clinic for children.
Their staff is usually pretty good but they have an issue knowing how to verify insurance. They kicked my mom out of her room after they called her back bc they were unable to verify insurance. Then I called the insurance on speaker verified it and then they said they couldn’t see her bc it was too late. Not friendly when I advocated for her bc I knew I was right.
