Personally I don't think they even deserve 1 star. Dr Brock is a good doctor, I'll leave it at that. The clinic and office staff are the worst. Very UNPROFESSIONAL and their phones are always off, you can not reach anyone for days. If you are a lucky one, they are rude and do not return calls or give the doctor the message. My parents have been patients for years, but because of the new staff and clinic, we will be changing. If your parents are elderly don't even bother going there, you are a number & $$ that is it. Unprofessional. Will leave you on hold for hours. Had to call back multiple times. Doctors are always revolving there and usually never stay long term. Had some questions regarding general medical practices (nothing that would violate HIPAA) and they refused to help me or point me the right direction. Save yourself the headaches and time and go somewhere else.
