Unprofessional. Will leave you on hold for hours. Had to call back multiple times. Doctors are always revolving there and usually never stay long term. Had some questions regarding general medical practices (nothing that would violate HIPAA) and they refused to help me or point me the right direction. Save yourself the headaches and time and go somewhere else.
Medfirst has been my primary care provider for about 3 years. Of the 10 or so appointments I have scheduled for myself and my husband over these 3 years, 2 have NOT been canceled. Many times when an appointment is rescheduled, it’s canceled again. By the time they honor your appointment, you’ve waited a year or more to be seen. Extenuating circumstances happen and I am very understanding of this- but extenuating circumstances are the trend at this office.
