Whoever is calling existing patients to reschedule their appointment because one of the doctor’s left, should perhaps take a day off to cool down and learn how to be empathetic
Dr. Rios is an outstanding doctor, but unfortunately, the front office staff falls short of expectations. As a business owner, I understand the critical role a friendly and welcoming front staff plays. I've spoken with Destiny on several occasions, and each time, she was rude, abrupt, and unaccommodating. Medfirst could greatly benefit from making improvements in this area.
The front office people are very nice and Dr. Rios is wonderful. She takes the time to listen and is very caring.
watch out they will bill you for services not preformed will not return calls linda or dr rios billing dept was nasty to me and insurance carrier don't go for physical they do nothing charge for everything and charge office visit
