Sent us to the hospital for no reason. Doctor can't read an EKG.
I have gone here many times over the years since either moved here.... They have been extremely helpful every time I came to them! They have helped me when my own pcp didn't have the time! This place has also saved me from going to the ER and spending 7 times the cost for the same care... I have never had a bad experience here... if only my own pcp gave this level of attention and detail....
The staff at Med Express were top notch. The front desk staff, triage staff and doctor were all very polite, knowledgeable and quick! I was in and out of the clinic within 30 minutes and felt very confident in the plan of care!
Front office staff and nurses aid that checked us in were excellent. However, the dr, or PA whichever she was, could use a class on customer service skills. If someone could've came into the 100 degree exam room that they placed us in this morning after sitting in there for atleast 45 minutes and given us an update on how busy they were, perhaps we could've decided to wait it out, or go somewhere else.
