I was treated, very poorly. I do not have health insurance. So I had to pay 119.00 just to be seen. That is sicking in its self. I have been experiencing, very bad fatigue. The dr was rude to me and told to just go the my faimly Dr. I told her I did not have one. She then rolled her eyes, and said nothing and then walked out. I was in total bewilderment by this. Burned my left foot and went to Med Express at Southridge. Was treated by Dr. John Cook. I found Dr. Cook quite competent and genuinely concerned about my injury. He treated me and said I need to be seen again in two days. However, the ME office at Southridge was closing and I was informed that I could go to the Patrick Street or Cross Lanes location for the followup visit. He indicated he would be in Cross Lanes. Friendly people, I had no issues with my visit, they were not busy and I was in and out fast
