Brought my sister here for a sinus infection and just to get an antibiotic. We had to wait for 2 hours to get into the room and after the nurse evaluated her, we still waited another hour before the nurse practitioner came in. Horrible experience especially when you are sick and just wanting to get taken care of. And even more so when the practitioner only takes about 5 mins to see what’s wrong and write a prescription. Will not be coming back.
Told me to follow up with my pediatrician and gave me eyedrops for my 9 months old. Pretty sure she has an ear infection with a 102 fever and no sleep for 2 days. Never again coming to this place. Waited over an hour when only one person was ahead of me.(no other cars in parking lot) The NP who saw her was no help!
Awesome super helpful and when I came in with a bleeding hand they started treatment before worrying about paperwork.
Fast and friendly service! Staff was attentive and understanding about my prescription problems. Highly recommended!
