Receptionist...one who receives people, greets an individual and is there to start the process of helping another. Am i correct, or no ? The attitude of the staff worker with the hook thru her nose should maybe try taking classes that focus on being a kind and helpful. Tried to drop off a bill that needed to be paid which resulted in the response "what do you want me to do with that? " Further more negativity that ensued caused me to walk out and think twice about returning for any issue.
De la atención del servicio médico no tengo ninguna queja, pero sí de la mujer que trabaja en el Front desk al acercarme a la ventanilla a pedir mi documento ,se estaba limpindo la secrecion de la nariz con aus dedos y nunca se lavó las manos ni siquiera usó sanitizer al ver eso le llame la atención y le dije que si ella se limpia la nariz debería seguir los procedimientos de limpieza sabiendo que ella trabaja en un lugar de atención de salud pero increíblemente me ignoró y no dijo nada siguió haciendo su trabajo. It is a great place, the doctors are spectacular, the team is very nice and always very clean. I recommend it to everyone I know
I saw the negative reviews and was hesitant to come here, but maybe I went on a good day? Cause there was no wait, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The dr. was thorough and seemed to really care about the issues I came in for. I just moved here so I had no idea where to send my prescription. While I was being seen, the lady at the front desk found a spot close by my house and updated it for me. The dr.
