Went in to take off stitches. Not that they pulled not all of them, which is just crazy, they infected perfectly healed wound and I gotta go to the hospital now. Avoid the place at all costs

I had a very bad experience here few years back in may 2021 ( back then i did not write reviews ) I got in with open wound i could see the bone on my front left leg, they took insurance and copay and they insisted that i must go to emergency room because they had no X-ray, why they didn’t say that before they took my money and insurance i don’t know i told them i have no fracture of broken bone do to not feeling any pain they still asked me to move on, they didn’t even clean my wound until i insisted to do so, since they too... read more
Oh I can’t believe I didn’t leave review on this. I had a bad cut on my finger so I was literally bleeding outside their door. I went 5 minutes before closing but the door was locked. The nurses/admins just stared at me as I looked on with desperation to stop the bleeding. In the end I had to drive myself somewhere else. Incredible lack of compassion is not a trait you want out of any medical cares. Update: the management has changed since then. The new place is actually better.
