Pathetic. Needed to get my child tested for COVID. Called ahead to check protocols. I was told I needed to come to the parking lot before I could check in. I did so and was then told it was a 2 hour wait. After 2 hours I called again. I was told there were still 4 people ahead of us. After 3 hours of sitting in my vehicle with my ill child, they finally called. Over a year into a pandemic and it takes over 3 hours to get a nasal swab? Is it protocol to have ill children wait in a car for hours? You're doing it wrong!!
came here for a federal dot drug and alcohol test.. checked in at 8:50am finally got in at 1:37pm walked out after the test at 1:54pm.. this place is horrible.. no such thing as urgent or express here.. avoid at all costs.. this place is a waste of time.
