I think the experience was wonderful. Everyone was so nice and very patient. The staff seemed very knowledgeable and efficient. They removed glass from my finger without a problem.
Very fast, better then ER, took maybe 45 minutes, nice staff and Dr.
I went in to get my throat/neck check out from having very sharp pains when I swallow or talk. The doctor was in a rush! Did a strep test, listened to my lungs and that was it. She was in my room for no more then a minute � horrible experience. Wish there was a closer urgent care that takes my insurance then this one.
It's very fast even for as busy as they where,what I didn't like is the fact that they are in such a hurry I feel as if they are not as thurogh as I feel they should be anyway. The dr didn't even do any test they guessed what was wrong . Then even though you have insurance and whether you do or don't have a co-pay they want you to leave a debit card on file until the insurance pays,which to me means they will charge your card until they receive payment which is not the way it works. Like any doctor office you wait to hurry up and wait. Lol. But the PA that I saw was great, I would defiantly recommend her.
The staff and the doctor were very kind.I was truly pleased.Thank you!
