After working in nursing for 25 years (and obviously being a patient at least that long) I have never seen nurses be so rude. They actually yelled at me for asking how much longer (waited almost 5 hours for a simple covid test). And I know what busy nurses look like and they were not that busy. Their system totally sucks, obviously a money making business that does not care at all about the patients. I will say the female doctor was fine.
