We still have not got our Covid 19 test back yet it’s been a week they were not very nice to me on the phone To see if our results were in I do not recommend them

I always see and get super friendly staff every time I come in to visit the clinic. Everyone is professional and welcoming. The clinic is very clean and tidy. The other day I came in for constipation and they helped me out right away. It was so embarrassing to find out I was literally backed up in 💩 😂 but hey I got treated right away. Everyone was so nice and I loved cracking jokes with them. My husband and I did our Covid-19 testing today and it was so quick too! CVS turned us away for their lunch break. our primary pediatrics were booked out 2 days. health partners urgent care in anoka & Andover were 3-4hrs. Front desk staff was welcoming & efficient! We were immediately roomed here. my sick toddler was managed with compassion and kindness that I have never experienced in an urgent care environment. The follow up call was so appreciated. We will absolutely use them instead of our regular clinic for all our urgent care needs!
Took my mother in for what we thought was upper respitory issues. After checking her blood pressure it's sky high they tell me cone back wait her she need to go to er. But then we wait for 10 minutes while pa does whatever. What sense is that. Hurry up is an emergency but please sit and wait while we explain why. When we left without waiting the pa rolled her eyes and head at me. Called customer service and was told there is a 60 day review period on complaints
Terrible experience. They billed me $210 on the spot and then billed my insurance as well. Front desk staff is inexperienced and rude
