They have a sign on the door about rudeness to staff won't be tolerated. People won't get mad or rude if the staff did their jobs. My husband had a bill due for 6 months. The staff put the wrong address on it, so we never received anything until we had to have a physical done (fast). They won't let you schedule anything until past bills are paid.
