I have been to several Urgent Care Centers in the past and this one was definitely one of the worst. I got there before they opened and was second in line. The check in process went well, even though it took 15 minutes, but it went downhill from there. Dr. Mark Lampell was the physician on site that day. I had to wait 45 minutes in the waiting room for him. They told me they "inadvertently" skipped me.
