I was not listened to by the PA Michelle Finet that I saw. She lied on my discharges with inaccurate information about my physical exam and she stated that she ran physical tests on me that she did not actually run. It was stated in my discharges that my gait was normal. I was wheeled in, in a wheelchair, by the nurse from the outside of the building, and sat in the exam room, and was wheeled back outside after the exam was over, not once did I stand or walk in the facility, so how can she say that my gait was normal? I usually come here for infections usually pretty good but i came in with a yeast infection and the medicine I’ve been given bene making me sick so now I have to suffer and be uncomfortable just to find out or wait for them to call back.....
First time ever visiting. Definitely very nice and friendly. All the staff was very kind caring friendly and helpful. Dr. Khatri was so caring and helpful and very knowledgeable great "bed side manner" and really took his time listening to my concerns. Very impressed all around.
Thank you to Dr Abel and the MedExpress team for taking good care of my daughter today! Service was compassionate and fast. 8 stitches and we were on our way within an hour. Absolutely keeping them in mind for any future emergency. Much appreciated!
