I was charged $240.00 dollars on my debit card - i caled them and they took the charge off my card - today i opened mail from them and GUESS WHAT - they put the charge back on my card NOW i only went in for congestion and my ear was rining - i was told it was a $90.00 office visit - so now i am going thru this again with them - they are money hungry and they are screwing people by DOUBLE /TRIPLE Charging people - in this particular time in our history where everyone isnt doing good financially - i get WAY OVER CHARGED - if y... read more

The staff and the nurse practitioner Nick were very personable, knowledgeable, and compassionate.. I received excellent care and follow up..From now on Med Express ( especially at this location)will be my go to place for my urgent care needs..
The nurse practioner, Nick Nguyen, has a terrible bedside manner. His answers were vague. When I asked questions about my husband, the patient, he had one word answers. It was like pulling teeth. The front receptionist and triage nurse were friendly, but no urgency. The facility is not equipped to treat urgent needs other than sprained ankles, sutures and offers x-rays. DO NOT GO THERE FOR URGENT NEEDS! They will gladly accept your copay first!
