Highly recommended! I had great service at the Med Express in Brandon Florida. I was in and out in no time, and the staff were exceptional. They were friendly, helpful and very caring. I was pleasantly surprised at their professionalism despite how busy they were. They really were concerned and made a tough day better. God bless them. A big thank you to the manager, Stormy, for making sure I was taken care of. She checked in on me, and was very sympathic. Big thank you to everyone there.
Son showed up to get a Covid test at the Brandon location, clearly reads on website no appointment necessary was sent away rudely saying you have to have an appointment we are not starting that till tomorrow, when I called to speak to office manger, claimed her name was Stormy, she was highly unprofessional, used profanities, and told me well everyone is in the same fucking boat don’t know what to tell you. Unbelievable..most unprofessional medical place I’ve ever seen, DO NOT GO HERE!
RecommendedShout out to the Healthcare workers here! I don't envy your job. Working outdoors to keep our community healthy! Especially in 100 degree heat and using PPE! THANK YOU

I needed to have my son seen unexpectedly today and this location was actually recommended to me. I am very happy with the care my son received. The staff was very pleasant and kind. Although all the staff we interacted with were lovely, I especially want to give kudos to Davi. She was just so personable and a pleasure to interact with. The doctor was also wonderful with my son and really put him at ease. He was fantastic.
