I took my 4 month old son to be checked out for pink eye and low grade fever 100.5. The LPN tells me they cant see my son and needs to go to the er. I proceeded to tell her that my son had been seen there before no issues. I also explained that childrens hospital said he didn't need to be seen at the ear for fevers until they hit 103 or higher. Which i found out when he had the flu new years weekend. She then tells me She doubts my 4 month old ever had the flu and told me i was lying simple because she says a 4month old cant... read more
The lady at the front desk had a chip on her shoulder and was rude for absolutely no reason. How she has a job dealing with people who are not feeling the best as it is, is beyond me. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. You’d get treated better at a sketchy doctors office in Mexico.
Certain doctors know what they're doing and I like the ones that do but some don't in the people that check you in most of them don't know what they're doing but it's all about the doctor's right
