This place is a joke. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone in need of medical assistance. From the rude people that answer the phone, to their supposed "phone system" that is required for appointments, but doesn't work.
Information on calling prior to entering would be very helpful

The front desk as well as nurse we saw were great. The doctor, not so much. It was a very awkward experience and not one I want to re-visit.
Fabulous experience here this evening with my 12-year old son. Luckily, it was not something serious but nevertheless, from the woman who registered us, the nurses, the Physician Assistant and the x-ray tech...each was fantastic! The facility looks and smells brand new even after being open more than a year. I highly recommend this clinic if your ever in the situation to require after-hours medical care.
My brother visited at 7pm on a Tuesday and it was ridiculous. Everyone was so concerned with getting ready to go home. He had smashed his finger at work and they made him clean his own wound and put the tape on himself. Isn’t that why we come to places like this? Then he was giving his medical history (open heart surgery) and the lady who was punching it in kept asking him which one on the screen it was. And she didn’t know what to click. I just feel it was very unprofessional. Should’ve just gone to the ER.
Med-Expre is an excellent urgent care facility! I have been twice, (in 3 months) saw a physician the first time, nurse practitioner the second time, was VERY well taken care of both times.
