We saved our spot in line at a certain time and weren’t seen for an hour and a half. We showed up 20 minutes after they opened. There were 2 people in the waiting room and us. It took forever to be seen and no one saw us in the back room for an hour after my husband got his vitals taken. Multiple people were seen before us who showed up after us.
Two hour wait for 30 seconds with the doctor didn’t take concern seriously
This is the most friendly urgent care I've ever been to. They definitely made a painful and stressful situation much more tolerable.
Taryn was incredibly attentive, thorough, and compassionate throughout the visit. The front desk staff and medical assistant were also attentive and professional, which made the entire experience very positive. We truly appreciated the care and will definitely return.
Slow. Do not believe the UPMC claim that 90% of patients see a care provider in less than 30 minutes. Creating an online appointment allows you to do most of the paperwork online, but only the paperwork. Be prepared to wait and wait.
