Dr. W. Raneiro gave me all the time I needed to explain how I was feeling and to go over the history of my condition. He carefully checked everything with great attention and care. I feel fortunate to have been seen by him last Friday. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends—he truly respects his profession, which is something rare to find these days.
The staff was friendly, but if you’re coming here for BV or things that requires a quick look at a microscope slide, they do not have the certification and results will take days - which defeats the purpose of an urgent care. Nothing against the staff but you’ll be waiting a few days for results for an urgent health issue.
Despite being very busy when I went, i was checked in right away and saw the Dr. within 30 minutes. Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially the woman at the front desk, Cathy.
