I presented with a severe case of sumac poisoning. The staff immediately responded to my problem and prescribed an antidote
First, when called NO HUMAN actually answers the phone, followed the menu, registered told that 6:23 PM is available. Got text confirmation, drove 15 minutes, just to be told that there's a 2 hour waiting time! Can't talk with a real person, forced to some AI bs , and vacation time wasted! Ended up visiting a nearby spot. In and out in 20 minutes.
This is a great place to go for Urgent Care! Di not have to wait. Staff was very accommodating and pleasant. The Physician was kind and patient.
10 the last couple of times I didn't have a good experience but the last doctor I seen down there was very nice and seemed like she really knew what she was doing so I definitely would recommend you guys just because of her I just would like to say thank you and I not 100% better yet but I am doing better than what I was before I came to you guys I just wish I remembered her name
Its a great urgent care facility. Clean organized, friendly, caring staff, and handle cases in a timely manner. I've been there several times (unfortunately) but always great doctors and my issues are taken care of.
